The assignment concerns a framework agreement for the central management of laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones.

In addition to the traditional PC (laptop / desktop), more and more use is being made of mobile devices (smartphones / tablets). It is quite a challenge for local authorities to manage all these devices. That is why VERA is looking for a 'Unified Endpoint Management' software application through a framework agreement. With this application it must be possible to:

- support for both Windows, Android and iOS devices,

- central installation, configuration and updates of the OS and apps,

- remote removal of company data in the event of theft,

- protection against malware, control over the sharing of company data,

- imposing security requirements,

- central configuration of connections (WiFi, VPN, [...]),

- [...].

This is a price list agreement that has been compiled based on unit prices. The agreement also includes the installation, configuration, aftercare and training of the system.
