Purpose of the tender

The purpose of the tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with 1 supplier. The Framework Agreement will have a term of three (3) years, with twice an option to extend one (1) year.

Scope:

Offering workplace hardware and peripherals in accordance with the tender documents and specifications as described in the publication.

Size

The scope as described in the guideline is based on the realizations of the past 4 years and is exclusive of VAT. No rights can be derived from this amount.

Procurement Methodology:

It is an open European procedure.

Lentiz has a continuous need for workplace hardware and peripherals for its

education and business operations. The contract with the previous service provider expired in 2018 and

in recent years, european tenders or multiple private

awards new contracts concluded with suppliers. Lentiz intends to purchase,

supply and maintenance of workplace hardware, peripherals including associated

outsource services to an experienced external service provider
