Open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 25-i.1, 66, 67 and 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 relating to public procurement and Order No. 2015-899 of 23 July 2015.

Framework agreement with purchase orders, one-off for each lot, with no minimum amount or maximum amount, in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 on public procurement and Article 4 of the Order No. 2015-899 of July 23, 2015.

The services which are the subject of this consultation are divided into 3 lots treated by separate contracts.

Daily transport of elderly people suffering from Alzheimer-type cognitive diseases, possibly in a wheelchair, from Monday to Friday all year long, from their home located on the territory of the commune of Dijon and its agglomeration (Dijon Métropole), to Day care center "Les Marronniers" of Dijon, 5 avenue Albert Camus, then ensure their return after a day of activity.
