Delivery of water meters with remote reading system and verification of water meters

3.2. The subject of the contract is the supply of elements of the metering system of reception points for the needs of the water supply and sewage network, consisting of: sets of water meters, radio modules and legalization of water meters.

2.2. The public procurement procedure is conducted in the form of an inquiry about a price with an estimated value not exceeding the amounts specified in Article 2(1)(2) of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, hereinafter referred to as: "the Public Procurement Law") based on the provisions of the SEWiK Sector Procurement Regulations.

3.2. The subject of the contract is the supply of elements of the metering system of reception points for the needs of the water supply and sewage network, consisting of: sets of water meters, radio modules and legalization of water meters.

Technical parameters and requirements for water meter sets:

1) Water meters must comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 23 October 2007 on the requirements to be met by water meters and the detailed scope of checks carried out during the legal metrological control of these measuring instruments / Dz.U. No. 209/2007, item 1513/; Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 7 January 2008 on legal metrological control of measuring instruments /Dz.U. No. 5/2008 item 29/ and should meet the requirements of the standard

PN-EN14154.

2) Water meters must have a valid EC type-examination certificate according to MID valid throughout the EU. It is required to attach the above-mentioned document to the offer (along with a translation, by a sworn translator into Polish, if the document is in a foreign language).

3) Water meters must have a valid hygienic certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene.

4) Dry-running water meter design (dry transmission, dry abacus)

For DN 15 ÷ DN 20 volumetric or single-jet construction required.

For DN 25 ÷ DN 150 single-stream design required.

5) Required working pressure – minimum 1.6 MPa.

6) 8 digit mechanical water meter calculator, hermetic, fog-resistant, protected by a flap (plastic flaps are allowed)

(7) The abacus assembly shall be capable of rotation of at least 355°

8) Materials in contact with water must be resistant to internal and external corrosion or protected against corrosion by appropriate surface treatment.

9) The body of the water meter cannot be made of plastic.

10) The water meter set for water meters with a threaded connector includes: a water meter and a set of connectors with gaskets.

11) Water meters must be suitable for installation (at the place of installation of the water meter without the use of wires and violation of the verification feature) interchangeably each of the following types of communication modules: pulse transmitter, transmission module as standard

M-BUS (PN-EN1434-3) and a radio module operating in a bidirectional system. Interference-prone solutions based on permanent magnets such as reed relays, etc. are not allowed.

12) Each delivered water meter must be brand new and have the current legalization feature, which was given not earlier than in the year of delivery of water meters to the Ordering Party

13) The minimum warranty on water meters required by the Ordering Party is 2 years from the date of delivery of water meters.
