Service 'Occupational Safety Specialist and Fire Protection Officer' for a period of three years from the award of the contract (with a one-year extension option): Operational safety, health protection and fire safety of the employees of the Düsseldorf district government are to be realized and continuously improved through qualified safety and fire protection support, which follows a holistic and interdisciplinary approach. There are currently about 2,600 people to look after.

Instruction and training are to be fulfilled via web-based learning or a comparable method. The content requirements for this are also described in detail in the service description. A learning management system is required for the administration of the training/instruction (for more details, see the service description).

The client expects a future contractor to employ six people to complete the required tasks with a total operating time of 4,000 hours per year. A central contact person is required to coordinate all tasks.
