This tender is part of the overall project Modernization of the Army's Crew and Material Facilities - phases 2 and 3, which includes new construction on a number of the Army's establishments spread throughout the country.
Modernization of the Army's Crew and Equipment facilities is a long-term phase-divided project, which consists of a number of sub-projects that will help to ensure a quality lift of the Army's facilities in the form of bathing, changing and equipment facilities and improved garage conditions for the Army's vital, sensitive and technically heavy vehicles in the construction of a number of new standard garages, workshop facilities and crew facilities.
The tender covers the main contract in connection with the implementation of the Modernization of the Army's personnel and material facilities at Almgårds Kaserne, which includes the following:
- 3 Garages with equipment and crew facilities (Buildings 100, 101 and 102). The buildings contain a standard one-storey garage. In connection with this, three floors will be established with briefing room, plastering room, changing rooms, shower facilities, storage and cleaning rooms, toilets and technical rooms. Each building is a total of approx. 3,400 m2.
- Establishment of fortified areas and drainage around the buildings incl. delay.
- Establishment of a new environmental site (Plant 69) including two new buildings containing garage/workshop (69A) and a canopy (69B).
- Construction of a new internal water and district heating pipeline to supply new buildings.
- Environmental remediation and demolition of two existing garage buildings (Buildings 56 and 57) and armoured track/canopy (Building 81).
