This project management contract will be concluded according to a competitive procedure with negotiation

according to the provisions of Article L.2124-3 of the Public Order Code. This procedure is put into account

Project management contract for the construction of 10 housing units for people with loss of autonomy and common premises, 4 individual dwellings, a House of Childminders and a room of associations in SAINT-JEAN-de-NIOST (01800)- Studies of sketches (ESQ)- Studies of preliminary summary design (APS)- Final preliminary design studies (APD)- Project studies (PRO)- Assistance to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts (ACT)- Execution studies (EXE) or EXE-P (partial) and/or Visa (VISA)- Direction of the execution of works contracts (DET)- Scheduling management and coordination of the site (OPC)- Assistance to the client for the acceptance of the works and during the guarantee period of perfect completion (AOR).
