Scunthorpe and Gainsborough Water Management Board has commissioned North Lincolnshire Council (NLC) to undertake a formal tender exercise on its behalf to procure a single service Provider to deliver the full range of management support services it requires for a period of up to 5 years commencing April 2019. The role of the Board is to undertake works to reduce flood risk to property and manage water levels to meet local needs. The appointed Provider will act as Clerk and Engineer to the Board and deliver management support services which will include:

— administration and clerking/general business support,
— engineering and related services.

S&GWMB is seeking to appoint a Provider who will deliver management support services and act as Clerk and Engineer to the Board for a period of up to 5 years commencing April 2019. The service will include:
— financial and rating support services,

— engineering and related services.
The area of the District is 11896 hectares with 153 km of maintained ordinary watercourse. The successful Provider will provide the following roles: Chief Executive/Clerk, financial officer, administrator, rating officer, health and safety advisor, engineer, environmental officer, asset/GIS manager and planning and enforcement engineer.
