Haram kommune [Haram municipality] invites tenderers to participate in a competition for the procurement of project management and associated assignments for the projects:
— new school at Eidet,
— new nursery school for Vatne/Tennfjord (reconstruction of Tennfjord school to a nursery school).
Project management includes:
— phase 1: construction program, tender documentation, draft/preliminary project (this should be implemented over two floors) and
Engaging contractors, and with an option for:
— phase 2: the implementation phase until completion of the projects.
The services are further described in the requirement specification.
— an area plan has been prepared for the school at Eidet, and will be heard by the County Council 20.6.2019 and in connection to the draft project that will be prepared, the detailed engineering plan for the area.
The contract form has not yet been determined, but the plan is to use an interaction contract with early interaction of contractors and consultancy disciplines.
