The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the extension of national road No. 45 on the Opole - Kluczbork route on the Zawada - Jełowa section with a length of about 8.8 km.
The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the extension of national road No. 45 on the Opole - Kluczbork route on the Zawada - Jełowa section with a length of about 8.8 km.
As part of the investment, an extension of approximately 8.8 km of road section is planned, including in particular:
- road surface width 7.0 + bituminous shoulders (optional, depending on the needs),
- reinforcement of the existing pavement structure - adaptation to 115 kN / axle load,
- extension of intersections with left turns,
- extension of the DK45 intersection with DP1728 (preferred to the roundabout plan),
- reconstruction / extension of 3 bridge structures (on the Mała Panew river, Brynica and the Fabryczny Canal),
- construction of a viaduct over the PKP 301 railway line,
- reconstruction of approx. 10 road culverts,
- reconstruction and reconstruction of the road drainage system,
- reconstruction of road lighting,
- construction of the technological channel,
- reconstruction of the collision of the infrastructure related to and unrelated to the road,
- construction of pavements and pedestrian-bicycle route,
- cutting down colliding trees,
- reconstruction of the car park at the Osowiec ring road with related infrastructure (including lighting, drainage, a place to weigh vehicles, replacement of the surface).
The development of project documentation includes:
1) Map for design purposes;
2) geotechnical documentation;
3) Documentation of pavement tests;
4) Project information card;
5) Construction design together with the necessary arrangements;
6) Water law surveys;
7) Permanent traffic organization project;
8) Materials for the application for a ZRID decision (decisions, permits, approvals, opinions, extracts, etc.);
9) Geodetic and cartographic documentation related to the purchase of real estate (real estate division projects);
10) Photographic documentation of real estate intended for purchase under the road lane and for temporary occupation;
11) Stabilization of the road lane boundaries in the section in question after obtaining the final ZRID decision;
12) Documents necessary to carry out the public procurement procedure (detailed design [road part + industries], investment cost estimate, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, cost estimates)
