The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of a construction project and documentation
executive along with obtaining a legally valid decision on a building permit for an investment aimed at
the purpose of implementing a complex of multi-family residential buildings with underground parking lots (garages) together with
with land development, networks and accompanying infrastructure in Żory in the area of Aleja Wielkaj
Osińska and Handlowa streets.
The Contractor is obliged to conduct author's supervision over the design
construction and executive documentation.
The subject of the contract is to be made in accordance with the Conceptual Design attached to the SWZ,
applicable regulations and standards, principles of modern technical knowledge and construction art,
health and safety and fire protection regulations, environmental protection, the provisions of this SWZ.

Due to the fact that the Ordering Party has geotechnical documentation that may be useful
for the Contractor, the Contracting Authority submits geotechnical documentation to the SWZ. Contracting authority
informs about the Contractor's obligation to determine the geotechnical conditions for the foundation of the object, in accordance with
applicable legislation.
