Automated fibre placement system for 3D printing; Equipment for making smart green thermoplastic semi-finished products with high performance

NTNU invites tenderers to a call for tender for an automated fibre placement system for 3D printing; Equipment for creating high-performance smart green thermoplastic semifinished products. The tenderer shall integrate the system to NTNU's existing robot ecosystem, which is a KUKA KR C4 with ether CAT communication.

The equipment should NOT apply to high energy lasers for heating. NTNU's laboratories are unable to manage the safety aspects thereof.
