This consultation has been conducted through an open call for tenders procedure pursuant to Articles R2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1°, R 2161-2 to 5 of the French Public Procurement Code. This is a contract with a composite object, having a part at a fixed price for the annual maintenance service and a part at unit prices with purchase orders for corrective maintenance services and one-off repairs, with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount for the initial period of 35,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is broken down into 2 lots treated into separate contracts. It is not broken down into slices. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a maximum initial period of one year from the date of its notification or the date indicated thereon until 31/12/2024. It is expressly renewable 3 times for a period of one year
