The purpose of this framework agreement is to appoint a service provider who will be responsible for carrying out repairs and annual maintenance of boilers, gas convectors, gas-fired water heaters, as well as ventilation and softeners. , and this, within buildings / housing belonging to the Maison des Hommes.

The various contracts to be awarded under the framework agreement will aim:

- either the repair of a heating installation or a water heater running on gas, a ventilation or a softener,

- or the maintenance of heating installations and water heaters running on gas, as well as ventilation and softeners.

The quantities that will be ordered are not known precisely when the contract is awarded. Indeed, at the time of writing the conditions of this contract, the Maison des Hommes is not able to define with precision the quantities of services it will need.

The number of maintenance for the boilers indicated in the summary inventory may increase or decrease during the market depending on the number of existing boilers (removal due to the demolition of the dwelling, placement because boiler does not exist, replacement because old defective, etc.) . The same goes for the CIAT refrigeration unit and the GP GE Lemens supply and extraction unit. At the moment there are two of them, but their quantity could increase.

The repairs will be ordered according to the needs of the company, it is therefore impossible to predict their number.

Therefore, all items are expressed in inferred quantities (QP).

The presumed quantities indicated in the special specifications governing this contract are given for information only, they are in no way binding on the Maison des Hommes. Consequently, the successful tenderer has no acquired right to realize certain quantities and he will not be able to claim any compensation in the event that the presumed quantities are not reached.
