The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] invites tenderers to submit tenders for one or both of the following independent tender contests:

1) Framework agreement for automatic controls and Central Control systems

2) Framework agreement for fire alarm systems — PA systems

The primary area of the framework agreements' range of application is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's [Forsvarsbygg] requirement for such deliveries in connection with the development of the combat aircraft base at Ørland and the base in Evenes. The agreements shall include both new buildings as well as existing buildings. The agreements shall also include other business areas in the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg], but the present geographic areas belonging to Market area Trøndelag (except Evenes) are not included in the agreements. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with only one contractor for each of the framework agreement fields. The duration of the framework agreements is up to seven years, subsequent to contract initialisation.
