The object of the order is the provision of a dedicated maintenance infrastructure hosting service.
3.1. The contracting authority requires hosting services along with dedicated security equipment based on the private cloud.
3.2. The Contracting Authority requires additional security infrastructure within the private cloud.
3.3. The Contracting Authority requires consulting, configuration and administrative services for the needs of this environment and its own virtual machines.
3.4. The contractor will provide full administrative access for virtual machines.
3.5. The contractor will provide full administrative access for cooperating devices — security (disk arrays, physical servers, Firewall NGFW, Load Balancer, WAF, ETH switches, FC switches, Malware and Virus Protection System, Database Protection System ( DAMES)).
3.6. The contractor will provide access to the management console for each virtual machine.

3.3. The Contracting Authority requires consulting, configuration and administrative services for the needs of this environment and its own virtual machines. In support, the following are required:
(a) full support for the creation of virtual machines, including the creation of virtual machines as required by the Ordering Party.
(b) administration of the provided security systems (planning/configuration).
c) troubleshooting problems.
3.4. The contractor will provide full administrative access for virtual machines.
3.5. The contractor will provide full administrative access for cooperating devices — security (disk arrays, physical servers, Firewall NGFW, Load Balancer, WAF, ETH switches, FC switches, Malware and Virus Protection System, Database Protection System ( DAMES)).
3.6. The contractor will provide access to the management console for each virtual machine.
3.7. The Contracting Authority requires a monthly report on the actual use of resources (enclosed by the Contractor with the invoice), which contains the actual use of the following resources:
(a) Additional fee for Internet,
(b) vCPU,
(c) vRAM,
d) Space (GB) - fast - SSD only,
e) the amount of GB used in the System of Logs and Network Traffic Data (Flows),
f) GB quantity in the Backup CPD System,
g) Consultations/Configurations — basic work hour of consultation,
h) Consultations/Configurations — Advanced works (Expert level).
3.8. The ordering person can request a report for a single virtual machine on the actual use of vCPU resources, vRAM, Space (GB) - fast - SSD only.
3.9. The Contractor shall, at the request of the Contracting Authority, inform, within 7 working days, of the actual use of each of the resources processed.
