New construction of a three-field sports hall with spectator function at the new secondary school location

In addition to the newly built secondary school center, the city of Hoyerswerda is planning to build a 3-field sports hall with 300 spectator seats.
The building plot is located in Hoyerswerda-Neustadt WK I, accessible from Stauffenbergstraße. The structure is functionally and structurally divided into 2 areas
=> Sports area with sports fields, equipment rooms, group rooms and the spectator seats
=> General and social area with changing rooms, sanitary facilities, foyer, etc.
The subject of the call for tenders is the construction of the sports hall as a total complex 59.8 m x 5 3.5 m x 4.5 m in a breakdown with the following characteristics:
Sports area, 1-storey: 31.20m*49.3m*9.4m/10.2m (eaves) General/social attachment, 1-storey: 14.7m*2.4m*53.5m*4.5m*4.5m (attic) Device/team attachment, 1-storey with 2-storey part: 6.1m*49.3m*6.8m (eaves)
Brief construction description additional new building:
Foundation: strip and individual foundations made of reinforced concrete
- Sports hall reinforced concrete columns with wall elements (aerated concrete)
- Aerated concrete extensions, d = 36.5 cm
load-bearing inner walls: sand-lime brick, d=24 cm or partially reinforced concrete floors: reinforced concrete
upper roof end:
Sports hall glued timber trusses with steel trapezoidal profiles as roofing, as a warm roof with bitumen covering
Cultivation of social sector
Reinforced concrete slabs, warm roofs with bitumen covering Equipment wing: steel trapezoidal profiles as roofing,
Warm roof with bitumen covering Interior walls, non-load-bearing: drywall
Facade: mineral paint Windows, external doors: aluminium elements
Screed: Cement screed as a heating screed
Interior plaster: lime-cement plaster
The construction site is measured by the client in the main axes and the height reference point OKFFB. The measurement for the services described according to this course is the responsibility of the Contractor.
This also includes the calibration of ground passages (ground lines) Existing height reference points must be secured over the construction period.
