The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of components of the intelligent campus services system - Devices as part of the "Air quality testing" service in connection with the implementation of works in the PIONIER-LAB project National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems, Smart Kampus as a Smart City Laboratory.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of components of the intelligent campus services system - Devices as part of the "Air quality testing" service in connection with the implementation of works in the PIONIER-LAB project National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems, Smart Kampus as a Smart City Laboratory.

2. The subject of the contract includes:

1) delivery to designated locations of components of the air quality testing system (hereinafter also referred to as stations),

2) performing works necessary for the proper placement / installation of the subject of the contract in designated locations, including bringing to the place designated by the ordering party and individual receiving entities, unpacking, installation, connection to power sources and commissioning in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Detailed requirements for the subject of the order, are an integral part of the description of the subject of the order and are included in Part IV SWZ Detailed requirements for the subject of the order.

4. The locations (places of delivery and installation) of the complete subject of the contract together with the assignment to the ordering party and to individual receiving entities are indicated in Part IV of the SWZ.

5. The Contractor is obliged to provide the contracting authority and each of the receiving entities with a guarantee of quality and performance of services resulting from it. Warranty requirements are set out in Part III of the SWZ.

6. The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, not displayed at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order originally packed, not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of its correct operation after manufacture.

7. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.

8. The subject of the contract supplied must come from the distribution channel of the manufacturer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the exercise of warranty rights.

9. The subject of the order will be delivered to the ordering party and individual receiving entities together with operating instructions, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ). The contracting authority will not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time and territorial limitation.

10. The delivered item of the order intended for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with a sufficient number of power cables to allow it to be connected to standard power outlets, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.

11. On the date of receipt, each station must be complete and ready for use. The components included in the subject of the contract must be prepared and electrically connected in accordance with the art and the current legal status.

12. The subject of the contract offered on the date of drawing up the offer may not be provided by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.

13. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of conducting an on-site inspection in individual locations (at the ordering party and individual receiving entities). An on-site inspection is not a condition for participation in the proceedings. The on-site inspection will be carried out by the contractor at his own expense. The manner and date of the on-site inspection without the right to provide information on the subject of the contract should be agreed with the representative of the contracting authority and the individual receiving entities.
