The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, packaging and maintenance of gas containers for the Toulouse Technical and Scientific Police Laboratory of the National Scientific Police Service. The estimated total value for the firm term of the framework agreement (4 years) is €150,000 excluding VAT and the maximum total value for the same firm term is €450,000 (excluding VAT). The sub-criteria of the technical and environmental merit criterion (8.1 Rc) are as follows; - Quality of supplies (2 points):- Packaging (3 points) - Deliveries (16 points) - Maintenance (22 points); - Environmental performance (5 points)
