The current business system of the municipality of Montfoort does not suffice and must be replaced. In the preparation phase of the present tender, an extensive survey was conducted among the employees of the municipality of Montfoort, what they encounter in the current situation and what (part of) the desired situation is for them. The results of this study have been used as a basis for the Schedule of Requirements and from which the wishes (award criteria) have been formulated.

The municipality wishes to conclude a contract with a party for the duration of four (4) years with two (2) times the option to extend one (1) year. The municipality is looking for a standard solution for this, so that the system can be used immediately. For the client it is essential that the new system is implemented in May 2022.
