The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive sales and distribution / transmission of gaseous fuel (high-methane natural gas group E) to the outlets of Zespół Żłobków m.st. Warsaw.

Data on the Employer's branches covered by the contract in point 3 of the ToR, forecast demand for natural gas in Annex 4 to the ToR.

Forecast demand for natural gas: 7 353 989 kWh

The Contractor undertakes to supply Group E gaseous fuel at a pressure of not less than 1.6 kPa to installations located in the above-mentioned facilities and transfer the ownership of the gaseous fuel supplied to it to the Employer.

The forecasted demand for natural gas specified by the Employer as indicated above is an estimate and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Employer to purchase natural gas in the amount specified.

The Purchaser declares that he IS NOT an intermediary gas entity (within the meaning of the Excise Duty Act).

The Ordering Party declares that the gaseous fuel collected under this order is intended for heating purposes for nurseries referred to in the Act of 4.2.2011 on the care of children under the age of 3 (statement for the purpose of calculating excise tax).

The contractor will be obliged to perform the subject of the contract, taking into account the implementation conditions indicated in point 21.2 of the ToR.
