The background to this offer is the ambition to ensure optimal purchase conditions on bookish materials for the Contracting Centre for Educational Means (CFU).

Contracting entities intend to conclude a Framework Agreement covering successive deliveries of physical books in the form of educational materials for lending to primary schools in the Coverage of the Contracting Registry.

The total acquisition is purchased for a period of up to four (4) years
