The purpose of the contract is printing and routing services, divided into three lots, which will be the subject of separate contracts defined as follows:

- lot 1: offset and digital printing of various administrative and communication and routing documents,

- lot 2: offset and digital printing of works,

- lot 3: offset and digital printing and routing services of the journal population.

Offset and digital printing of various administrative and communication documents and routing services if requested.

Offset and digital printing of books edited by the INED publishing department which functions as a real publishing house.

Offset and digital printing and routing services of the magazine revue published by the INED publishing department.
