The total service is awarded in 2 lots and essentially consists of the following individual services per lot:
- Lot 1: waste collection and recovery,
- Lot 2: takeover, transport and treatment / recovery of biowaste.
Collection and recovery of wasteCollection and transport of residual waste, biowaste and waste paper:
- Containers with a volume of 80 l, 120 l, 240 l and 1 100 l are used to collect residual waste. The containers must be emptied fortnightly or four weeks. The collected residual waste must be transported by the contractor to the delivery point in Gangelt-Hahnbusch,
- Bins with a volume of 120 l and 240 l are used to collect biowaste. As a rule, the containers should be emptied every fortnight. In June / July and October / November 6 additional empties are to be carried out. The collected organic waste is to be transported by the contractor to a delivery point operated by him and handled there,
- To collect waste paper, containers with a volume of 240 l and 1,100 l are used. Bundles can also be provided. The collection takes place every four weeks (13 empties per year). The collected waste paper must be transported by the contractor to the premises of the Frauenrath Group (Recycling Center Heinsberg),
- All required containers are to be provided by the contractor. The provision of used containers is possible,
- All services of the container inventory maintenance and the container change service (via inventory management program) are to be provided by the contractor.
Collection of bulky waste, electronic scrap, waste wood and metal scrap as well as recycling of waste wood and metal scrap:
- The bulky waste collection takes place as a collection on demand,
- Residual bulky waste and electronic scrap must be transported by the contractor to the delivery point in Gangelt-Hahnbusch,
- The separately recorded fractions of scrap metal and waste wood are to be recycled by the contractor.
Collection and recycling of green waste and Christmas trees:
- The collection of green waste takes place twice a year as a street collection without registration,
- In January, Christmas trees are also recorded,
- The collected green waste and the Christmas trees are to be recycled by the contractor.
Takeover, transport and treatment / recycling of organic waste- The organic waste is taken over at the transfer point named by the contractor for lot 1,
- The biowaste is to be treated / recycled in a composting or fermentation plant to be specified by the contractor.
