3. transport and management of waste collected in the PSZOK for municipal installations or waste recovery or disposal facilities in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (t. The Contractor shall be obliged to have lawful authorisations and permits required for the performance of the service to set up, operate the PSZOK and transport and use the waste accumulated.

At the request of the Contracting Authority to allow online access to GPS systems recording journeys of vehicles transporting waste from PSZOK to municipal installations or waste recovery or disposal installations in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Act of On 14 December 2012, on waste, in the range of: the routes of each vehicle, including the registration number of each vehicle, as well as the moments of loading of waste in the PSZOK, the parking of vehicles and the landing of waste at the Installation.
