South East Water Ltd (SEW) seeks to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of its passenger cars and put terms in place for an initial period of 3 years with options to extend for a further 2 years. SEW would look to award the framework to up to 3 successful tenderers.

SEWs current fleet consists of 51 cars spread into 3 price bands and by the end of 2013 its envisaged that 34 cars would have been replaced. SEWs current replacement cycle is every 3 years however potential tenderers should note that this will be reviewed during the life of the framework.
