The subject of the contract of this tender procedure is the successive provision of municipal waste disposal services from the real estate of the Medical University of Łódź from individual locations. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template. The subject of the contract will be performed in active facilities of the university, in which, m.in didactic classes, scientific research, laboratory work, administrative works are conducted, therefore the Contractor will be obliged to determine the schedule of municipal waste disposal for individual locations with an employee of the Real Estate Office. Due to the variety of locations of individual buildings, their specificity and character, the Contractor should familiarize himself with their location in detail before submitting the offer.
