Organization and administration of the Paid Parking Zone in Ciechocinek

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the organization and administration of the Paid Parking Zone (SPP) in Ciechocinek.

2. The order will be implemented on the basis of Resolution No. XXI/158/20 of the Ciechocinek City Council of 22 June 2020 on the establishment of a paid parking zone in Ciechocinek, the amount of fees for parking vehicles in the paid parking zone and the determination of the method of charging fees (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). Woj. Kuj-pom. of 2020, item 3260) amended by Resolution No. XXIII/169/20 of the Ciechocinek City Council of 21 September 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020). Woj. Kuj-pom. of 2020 Item. 4496) and amended by Resolution No. LXIV/408/23 of the Ciechocinek City Council of 25 April 2023 (Dz. Urz. Woj. Kuj-pom. of 2023 Item 2975).

3. The area of the Paid Parking Zone, the days and hours of paid parking and the rates of fees are determined by the Resolution, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to temporarily limit the area of the zone in connection with the investments carried out
