Description:
Mission of the project author regarding the future use of the property Limburger Weg 2 in 4700 Eupen

This specification concerns:

In a first phase:

- The complete mission of a project author in the context of the future use of the property Limburger Weg 2 in 4700 Eupen (Phase 1 - left part).

In a second phase:

- the mission of a project author in the context of the preparation of a feasibility study aimed at the rehabilitation of the remaining building Limburger Weg 2 in 4700 Eupen (phase 2 - right part),

- According to the results of the feasibility study, a complete mission of the project author in the context of this refurbishment.

The mission is therefore divided into 2 sections (sections 1 and 2), each containing 2 or 3 sections:

Section 1: Future use of the property Limburger Weg 2 (left part):

- Subsection 1 (basic commission) - attached to the complete mission of the project author (study) with regard to the designation of a company for the execution of the works. This sub-section starts with the notice of the tender of the service and ends with the announcement of the call for tenders. This section also includes the site survey, the support of the awarding authority in the framework of the Energy Efficiency of the Building (PEB) as well as the safety co-ordination in the study phase,

- Subsection 2 (Optional) - attached to the complete mission of the project author for the control of the works until the definitive acceptance. This section also includes the site survey, the support of the awarding authority in the framework of the Energy Efficiency of the Building (PEB), as well as the safety coordination during the execution phase.

Section 2: Remediation of the rest of the building Limburger Weg 2 (right part):

- Subpart 3 (Optional) - attached to the project author's mission for the preparation of a feasibility study for the purpose of reorganizing the remaining area of the building still available. This section starts with his appointment and ends with the approval of the feasibility study by the contracting authority,

- Part 4 (Optional) - Attached to the complete mission of the project author (study) with regard to the designation of a company for the execution of works on the renovation of the rest of the building. This section begins with his appointment and ends with the announcement of the tender of the works. It also includes the site survey, the support of the awarding authority within the framework of the energy efficiency of the building (PEB) as well as the coordination of the safety in the study phase,

- Subsection 5 (Optional) - attached to the complete mission of the project author for the control of the work related to these remedial measures to the final acceptance of the project. This sub-section also includes site survey, support to the awarding authority in the framework of the Energy Efficiency of the Building (PEB) and the coordination of safety during the execution phase.

The necessary competencies for this mission are at least:

- an architect or engineer (architect),

- an engineer in the field of stability,

- an engineer in the field of special techniques (heating, sanitation, ventilation, electricity, lighting, fire and burglary security),

- a safety coordinator for the project and execution phases,

- one responsible for the energy efficiency of the building (PEB),

- An author of the feasibility study under the new Energy Performance of Buildings (PEB) obligations.

Specifically, it is requested that the person who is designated to lead the project or one of his staff have sufficient knowledge of the German language to communicate easily with the awarding authority, the City of Eupen.
