With the present project, stone and block protection is achieved through the construction of a rockfall protection structure. For this purpose, on the St. Moritz - Tirano line near Campascio (km 55,553 - km 56,019), the RhB route will be shifted towards the settlement area and a drop floor with a new dam will be built in the area of the existing railway embankment. The existing slope will be partially removed.
