1) The subject of the contract is "Delivery, assembly and commissioning: heat source and two electricity storage facilities for two public utility facilities in the Municipality of Rumia". 2) The subject of the contract is the design, supply and installation of heat pumps and energy storage for buildings and public utility facilities to the extent enabling their correct and compliant use as part of the project: "Increasing the use of energy from renewable sources in public buildings in the Municipality of Rumia and the Municipality of Szemud". All facilities covered by the contract are located in the Municipality of Rumia.

The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor are specified in: a) Functional and utility program (PFU) – Annex A to the SWZ, b) Model contract – Annex 9 to the SWZ.
