The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a sanitary sewage network in Borówno (area of plot No. 125) and the execution of as-built documentation along with obtaining, on behalf of the Employer, an occupancy permit for the sewage network.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is the project documentation (Annex 11 to the ToR).

Note: The Contractor, before commencing the implementation of the subject of the contract, will draw up and forward to the Employer for approval an detailed schedule with the expected works together with the expected works along with the valuation of individual elements and deadlines for works execution (within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the construction site). The calculated prices of individual elements, as well as the total price in the schedule must be consistent with the price presented in the tender. Other requirements regarding the description of the order are specified in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order.
