The aim of the tender is to find a partner for Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, from whom we will procure laptops, etc. for the personnel. Haaga-Helia wants to promote the economy, uniformity of procurement and reduce the amount of work required for the commissioning of equipment by acquiring easily standardized ones at the software level

Devices.

Haaga-Helia wants to reduce CO₂ emissions related to the manufacture, transport, use and decommissioning of the equipment procured under the agreement.

The purchases will be made on a need-based basis so that equipment will be ordered in batches for Haaga-Helia. The size of the average batch estimated at 30-70 devices +screens, docks,

keyboards or mice as needed.

The main targets of the procurement are portable workstations. As part of the agreement, Haaga-Helia will also procure monitors, docks, keyboards and mice from the selected supplier.

Haaga-Helia does not commit to purchasing the above-mentioned supplies exclusively only from the contract supplier.

The main application of the equipment/supplies is Haaga-Helia's personnel.

A contract shall be awarded to the successful tenderer for a period of 36 months. Haaga-Helia may choose to extend the contract period by another 12 months, provided that deliveries are possible on the supplier's side and the agreement is satisfied. Haaga-Helia may utilise a leasing partner in the procurement of equipment.
