the services are divided into 4 lot(s): lot 1maintenance of the Economic Activity Zone (Zae)Lot 2maintenance of social residences and housing estateslot 3maintenance of embankments, shoulders, paths and communal landlot 4tonte of green spaces (gardened, rustic and meadow areas)

-mowing,-grass filling,-pruning shrubs and roses,-hedge trimming,-weeding of shrub beds, roses, feet of trees and hedges,-leaf collection,-control of the development of spontaneous vegetation on stabilized areas (tolerance to 5cm),-collection of waste, detritus and baskets on all public spaces,- the evacuation in a controlled landfill or composting platform of all cut, cut and collected products

-mowing,-grass refilling,-pruning shrubs and roses,-grelining rose beds,-hedge trimming,-weeding of shrub beds, roses, tree and hedge feet,-leaf collection,-weeding of stabilized areas (tolerance to a height of 5 cm max),-collection of waste and litter on all residences,- the evacuation in controlled landfill or composting platform of all cut, cut and collected products, -the cleaning of playgrounds and multi-sports fields

the frequency of mowing will be 3 passages per year:-a passage in mid-April-a passage at the end of June,-a passage at the end of October

lawns will be mowed with collection and evacuation with the following frequency:-every 15 days for mowing gardened areas;-every month for mowing rustic spaces;-three times a year for mowing grassland spaces
