This contract is a framework agreement for consulting, support, design and implementation of consultation and participation schemes for CITALLIOS, CITALLIA, ESSONNE AMENAGEMENT and the SPL des TERRITOIRES D'ESSONNE The framework agreement is executed both through the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. With a minimum annual amount of €2,500 excluding VAT per successful tenderer and a maximum annual amount of €400,000 excluding VAT, i.e. €1,600,000 excluding VAT over 4 years

The licensee shall be responsible for the overall performance of the services detailed in the CCAP and CTTP of this contract.
