The purpose of this contract is the works, supplies, transport, labor and all means of implementation with regard to the execution of a maintenance contract (management contract) for the technical installations of the Nieuwpoort swimming pool, Hoge Blekkerbad Koksijde and Oostduinkerke beach pool.
The exploitation has a fixed duration of 10 years, starting from the date of the notification of the award of the service contract. The agreement expires 10 years after the stated date
The service contract consists of 4 parts:
1) Management and supervision:
The management company is responsible for the daily management, control and supervision of the technical installations specified in these specifications. These performances aim to meet the proposed comfort standards in an economical and energy-friendly manner, taking into account changing internal and external circumstances.
