The Free State of Bavaria — represented by the Government of Swabia — is responsible for the care and follow-up of the domestic waste landfill of Gallenbach. The support, organisation and partial implementation of the necessary follow-up measures shall be tendered throughout Europe in an open procedure on the basis of the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV). The necessary measures result from the general requirements of regulated landfill storage, from planning approval decisions, planning approvals, orders, decisions, approvals, approvals, acceptance and other relevant legal requirements, as well as from the operations manual for HMD Gallenbach. The services are partly to be provided on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual), partly on an accident, weather or vegetation as required and partly at the request of the AG.
