On the occasion of the end of previous maintenance contracts, SAIEM Grenoble Habitat is launching a consultation for the implementation of a global maintenance contract for all of its green spaces.
This contract will centralize regular maintenance operations, immediate needs for upgrading, as well as a unit price schedule for all exceptional orders.
It will be concluded for a period of one year, from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021, with tacit annual renewal and for a total duration of five years maximum.
