The subject of this procedure is the award of the specialist planning services of the technical building equipment, plant group 4 (electrical) for the conversion of the currently existing lighting to LED technology in several buildings of the vocational school center in Überlingen.
The district of Bodenseekreis is currently planning a major renovation of the vocational school center in Überlingen.
As part of this renovation, the currently existing lighting at the Marie Curie School - Building A and Building B is to be converted to LED technology. The subject matter of the present proceedings is the necessary planning services of the technical building equipment, plant group 4.
In a parallel tender procedure, which was published separately, planning services for the improvement of, among other things, the ventilation possibilities as well as the summer thermal insulation in the classrooms and the electrical renovation of these on two other buildings of the vocational school center are put out to tender.
The first tenders for the necessary construction work are to be issued from January 2024. The aim is a gradual implementation of the requested measures by the end of 2025.
The measures should meet the requirements of the federal government, the state and the Lake Constance district for sustainability and energy saving. The concerns of fire protection and the school building guidelines must be taken into account.
For the planned renovation work, an application for funding according to VwV SchulBau was applied for in 2022 at the state of Baden-Württemberg.
The Lake Constance district assumes that investments (KG 400) will be around 650,000 euros gross for the services of electrical refurbishment at issue in the proceedings.
A phased assignment is intended. There is no entitlement to further commissioning.
Service provision is expected to begin in mid/late July 2023.
The applicants selected as part of the competition will receive further details on the scope of the services to be provided with a request to submit an offer.
