Task # 1:
Modernization of street lighting by:
1) Delivery and installation of street lighting fixtures in the amount of 189 pcs. including:
- complete lighting lamp type - park luminaire 28 W – pcs. 54,
- LED lighting fixture 40.5W – pcs. 70,
- LED lighting fixture 63W – pcs. 61, LED lighting fixture 77W – pcs. 4,
2) Delivery and installation of insulated conductor of overhead line type AsXSn 2x 25 mm2, 0.6/1 kV and type AsXSn 4x 25 mm2, 0.6/1 kV with a total network length of 3 920 m,
3) Delivery and installation of measuring connectors + SOM (-Np) – 2 pcs,
4) Geodetic services,
5) Delivery and assembly of other instrumentation in accordance with the Design Documentation, Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Works, Materials and Supplies.

Task # 2:
Expansion of street lighting in the Wiślica municipality consisting in the construction of new overhead and cable lighting lines along with the suspension of lighting fixtures, consisting of:
1) Construction of overhead street lighting lines by:
- delivery and installation of pre-stressed spun concrete rods E-10.5/2.5 - 69 pcs,
- delivery and installation of pre-stressed spun concrete rods E-10.5/4.3 - 43 pcs.
- delivery and installation of insulated line cable type AsXSn 2x 25 mm2, 0.6/1 kV – 5572 m,
2) Construction of street lighting cable lines by:
- delivery and installation of an aluminium power cable, type YAKXS 4x35 0.6/1kV SE – 205.00 m,
- delivery and installation of 9m aluminium lighting poles - 5.00 pcs,
- delivery and installation of 24 street lighting fixtures. including LED 63W – 18 pcs, LED 40.5W – 6 pcs
3) Assembly of the measuring connector + SOM – 2 pcs.
4) Geodetic services,
5) Delivery and assembly of other instrumentation in accordance with the Design Documentation, Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Works, Materials and Supplies.
The subject of the contract is co-financed from the funds of the Government Fund Polish Deal: Strategic Investment Program – Preliminary promise of co-financing the investment from the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program No. Edycja6PGR/2023/4087/PolskiLad.

2) Certificates of non-objection to the notification of construction works – constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference.
3) Notifications of construction works – constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference.
4) Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, materials and supplies – constituting Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference.
