The subject of the contract is the delivery with the implementation of IT systems, the server, the granting of licenses and ensuring their maintenance, which consists of:
1) Virtual Labs Software to implement virtualization functionality for the Ordering Party;
2) Server delivery - 1 pc
3) Intranet — internal communication system;
4) E-learning system for use in the teaching process by the contracting authority with the necessary licenses, implementation, configuration, testing, support, training and integration;
5) The system for the remote conduct of examinations;
A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the order is delivery together with the implementation of IT systems, the server, the granting of licenses and ensuring their maintenance, which consist of:
1) Virtual Labs Software to implement virtualization functionality for the Ordering Party;
2) Server delivery - 1 pc
3) Intranet — internal communication system;
4) E-learning system for use in the teaching process by the contracting authority with the necessary licenses, implementation, configuration, testing, support, training and integration;
5) The system for the remote conduct of examinations;

The subject of the order also includes the following activities:
(a) carry out a preterm analysis to clarify the requirements of the contracting authority as defined in the Detailed Description of the subject of the contract (Annex No 1);
(b) supply, preparation and commissioning in cooperation with the contracting authority of the environments necessary for the operation of IT systems;
(c) the delivery, preparation and commissioning of the test environment for testing,
(d) acquaintance of users with the functionality and principles of operating information systems;
(e) to carry out data migration if the systems in place require it and will be for the benefit of their functioning;
(f) transfer software, documentation, licenses to the contracting authority;
(g) the minimum period of warranty care must be 12 months — the additional period of warranty care is one of the criterion for evaluating tenders described in Part XIV SWZ
(h) in the event that the contracting authority receives a VAT exemption on the purchased object of the contract, the contractor shall be obliged to issue a corrective invoice;
