The subject of the contract includes the delivery of aviation petrol AVGAS 100LL (without excise duty) in the amount of 250,000 liters to the service station located in the training airport of the Aviation Training Centre of the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm in the village of Depultycze Królewskie. The contracting agent envisages a maximum of 20 fuel supplies.

Aerospace petrol AVGAS 100 LL in the amount of 250,000 liters together with delivery to the service station of the airport in Depultyki Królewskie.

AVGAS 100LL aviation gasoline compliant with the product safety data sheet and the technical conditions specified by the manufacturer. The Ordering Authority provides 20 supply of fuel. The required deadline for the completion of the individual lots of supplies the Ordering Party shall be determined by 7 days after the request is lodged by the Ordering

The Contracting Authority requires aviation fuel to be supplied by cars - tanker cars equipped with fuel shunting pumps and a vent pipe with a 100 mm fi tip to connect to the tank vent system.

The settlement will take place on the basis of the fuel supplied to the Ordering Party.

Fuel is to be delivered to the Contracting Authority's service station, using a tanker with a pump.

One-time delivery provides for min. 12.500 liters, 20 deliveries are provided.

Delivery date - up to 7 days from the day of order.

Deadline for implementation of the contract: until stock exhausted

The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility to include the cost of delivery in the price of fuel.

The fuel prices on the invoice will correspond to the current piles prices published by the supplier.

The price per liter of fuel must include all costs.
