The apartment building Erich-Mühsam-Straße 14 a-c in 07546 Gera, built in 1987, is part of the monument ensemble “Bieblacher Hang”. It was built as a type WBS 70.

In entrances 14 b and c, on each floor there is a 2-room apartment (left) and a 3-room apartment (right), each with a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. In the entrance 14 a (three-horse) is a 4-room apartment on the left, in the middle a 1-room apartment with sleeping alcove and right a 1-room apartment with sleeping alcove. All apartments also have bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The house is fully equipped with a basement and has 6 living floors. Before a new lease, individual apartments were renovated. In order to increase the attractiveness of the apartments, a new renovation is planned.

The design services for heating/ventilation/plumbing include the following measures:

— internal and external camera navigation of basic lines and derivation of necessary measures,

— renovation of complete basement installations (KW, WW, circulation),

— checking the condition of the heating cables and fittings in the basement and Drempel,

— renewal of the complete mechanical installation (KW, WW, circulation, AW and ventilation in the bath shaft),

— Renovation of vacancy: all unoccupied apartments are to be renovated, this includes the renovation of bathrooms including tile work in the bathroom and kitchen, creation of a washing machine parking space in the apartment hallway (if possible),

— Development of equipment options for the bathrooms (bath and/or shower).

— The renovation is carried out under inhabited conditions.

— Due to the corona, it may happen that work in the inhabited apartments may not be carried out or will be carried out later.

— Building construction and refurbishment of electrical installations, as well as the redesign of the residential environment, are not part of HLS planning services.
