The scope of this requirement is to provide two externally hosted, technical solutions that supports the Authority in the management of central procurement, including the development of a spend analysis solution and the implementation of an eSourcing solution that supports the issue of OJEU notices and procurement documentation (as well as supporting requests for quotation against established framework agreements), evaluation and eAuctions, contract management and supplier management.
