Nottingham City Homes is seeking to appoint a contractor to refurbish its leisure centres across Nottingham City.
The aim of the refurbishment works is to improve the male and female changing rooms and modernise the health suite by carrying out ceramic tiling and associated works and to generally give the facility a full facelift.
The refurbishment works are intended to be carried out in a live environment, with the leisure centre still being open to the public and only the designated areas of work being closed off and segregated from public use.
The projects have been split into 2 phases:
Phase 1: Male and female (Dry Side) Changing Rooms; and
Phase 2: Health Suite.
