The object of this contract is the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services for the equipment of the Cité des Congrès de Nantes.

With this lot n°1, the Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the maintenance and servicing of 17 elevator or freight elevator type devices.

With this lot n°2, La Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the maintenance of the 6 escalators that make up its park. Note that 4 escalators were delivered during the summer of 2023 and are therefore covered by the installer's biennial warranty.

With this lot n°3, La Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the maintenance and upkeep of the 20 automatic closures that make up its fleet.

With this lot n°4, the Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the maintenance and servicing of 17 lifting and handling equipment that make up its fleet.
