The subject of the contract is: Maintenance and operation of facilities and equipment of the water treatment plant and water supply network together with pumping stations on the network and sewage treatment plants and sewage network, together with pumping stations on the networks owned by the Żabia Wola Commune.

The subject of the contract is: Maintenance and operation of facilities and equipment of the water treatment plant and water supply network together with pumping stations on the network and sewage treatment plants and sewage network, together with pumping stations on the networks owned by the Municipality of Żabia Wola, consisting in:

a) Direct, permanent operation and maintenance service of the water supply network together with water supply equipment in the Żabia Wola Commune (the service is hereinafter referred to as the Service of the Water Supply Network,

b) Direct, permanent operational and maintenance service of the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Żabia Wola (hereinafter referred to as the Treatment Plant) in the scope of full operation and ongoing maintenance (the service is hereinafter referred to as the Treatment Plant Service),

c) Direct, permanent operational and maintenance service of the sewage network together with sewage equipment other than the Sewage Treatment Plant in the Żabia Wola Commune (the service is hereinafter referred to as the Sewage Network Service).
