The purpose of the contract is the provision for long-term rental without driver of n. 87 (eighty-seven) vehicles mod. Pick-up, intended for the activities of the Regional Civil Protection Agency by means of a loan for use to the voluntary organizations entered in the territorial list of voluntary organizations of civil protection of the Lazio Region, including the “full service” maintenance service and with option concerning the right to purchase with redemption at the end of the rental contract.

The purpose of the contract is the provision for long-term rental without driver of n. 87 (eighty-seven) vehicles mod. Pick-up, intended for the activities of the Regional Civil Protection Agency by means of a loan for use to the voluntary organizations entered in the territorial list of voluntary organizations of civil protection of the Lazio Region, including the “full service” maintenance service and with option concerning the right to purchase with redemption at the end of the rental contract.

The vehicles subject to supply must:

— meet the minimum characteristics provided for in the technical annex,

— be registered and tested by MCTC,

— be set up with the logos and decorations specified, in analogy with the other vehicles of the Regional Civil Protection Agency.

The contract consists of a single lot.

The contract includes, as an integral and substantial part, the execution for the successful tenderer of all administrative and fiscal tasks relating to ownership and possession, with the sole exception of those imposed by law on the driver, as well as the provision of the following related services:

— ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the vehicle,

— routine and extraordinary maintenance of the set-up,

— insurance coverage without deductible,

— exhaust gas revisions and control,

— claims management and roadside assistance,

— reporting and call center,

— training operators for the correct use of the vehicle.

The management of the fuel, as well as everything related to personnel and driving vehicles, is the total responsibility of the agency through the comodatee.

The monthly rental fee will include all of the above services, as well as the property tax of the vehicle.

The duration of the contract is 60 months (sixty) and with an alleged indicative travel of each vehicle equal to 20 000 km per year.

The auction fee, subject to lower, is determined as follows:

650.00 EUR (six hundred fifty/00) plus VAT as a monthly rental fee for each vehicle. The auction price includes the supply of vehicles, as well as all the assistance and maintenance services provided for in this specifications, for an auction amount of EUR 3 393 000.00, plus VAT.

At the end of the contract period, the agency may assert the redemption right by purchasing the rental vehicles for an amount not exceeding four monthly fees, with a value of 226 200.00 EUR, plus VAT.

With reference to the right referred to in art. 106, paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for a total of EUR 678 600.00, plus VAT.

The total value of the contract is EUR 4 297 800.00, plus VAT.
