This contract is a multi-year and standing public supply contract within the meaning of Article 2, 20° of the Law of 17 June 2016. This is a service contract concluded with a single successful tenderer for the benefit of the entity identified in point 3 of TITLE I of these special specifications. This entity will place orders with the successful bidder of the contract as and when its needs. That contract shall include both the software and the hardware part necessary for the operation of the solution as proposed by the tenderers.

More specifically, this contract seeks the following services:

- Position 1: Implementation of the solution

 Sub-Item 1.1: Account opening

 Sub-Item 1.2: Customization of the user interface (logo, graphic charter, email address, etc.)

 Sub-item 1.3: Creation of user groups with specific billing data

 Sub-Item 1.4: Platform Management Training for Administrators

 Sub-item 1.5: Subscription and hosting of the service

 Sub-Item 1.6: Support for integration with the PWS IAM system (GestIA)

 Sub-Item 1.7: Support for integration with the Office 365 suite

 Sub-Item 1.8: Support for integration with a Back-Office application of the SPW (ALTAÏS or other)

- Item 2: Consumption of electronic signatory services

 Sub-item 2.1: Use of approval and document signature flows

 Sub-item 2.2: Use of approval and document signature flows via ItsMe.

- Item 3: Services in "Governance" mode

 Sub-Item 3.1: Support by a SENIOR System Engineer
