The subject of the contract is the preparation of a corridor study, materials for the application for a decision on environmental conditions along with its obtaining, the program concept for the investment entitled "North-western bypass of Racibórz". The documentation is to include the preparation of all materials necessary for the Contractor to obtain, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a legally valid Decision on environmental conditions and then the development of a functional and utility program.

The execution of the order will be divided into the following stages:

•Stage I corridor study.

•Stage II Environmental report.

•Stage III B Environmental decision.

•Stage IV Preliminary design.
